Construction in the Dominican Republic is fairly well made, it is a combination of blocks and cement and reinforcement bars. Those materials are "generously" used in the buildings, so most of the new constructions are hurricane proof. The cost of building is comparatively cheaper than the rest of the Caribbean.

However the finishings leave a lot to be desired. Skilled workers are hard to come by and slightly more expensive than what is available. Building 4 walls and a roof has been going on since before time, so there is no secret to this. Converting a house to a home is where our people come in.

Award winning architects (we only have 3) are a part of Property Center's construction team, who will be pleased to offer their services for a free estimate basis. Until you are perfectly happy with the draft, there is no charge.

4 skilled and hard working engineers, with an immense know how (You really need a very good engineer helping you in building your dwelling).

Common labor, there is plenty available here.

Then you need master craftsmen, for your plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tiling etc. Those people may appear more expensive at first sight, however the quality of their work justifies their pricing, strongly recommended.

Our construction team only employs the above.

Property Center's construction team employs 2 full time research workers, their only job is to find the better materials for cheaper prices. They have extensive data from importers to manufacturers.
